Never Thought This Would Happen to Me!

Last night there was a huge social at the Rock Bottom Restaurant downtown for all of the medical school students around the city. That would include 5 schools!! So I went there with a few people from my class and it was a pretty good time. Of course, free food and drinks is always an excellent incentive.. can you believe that? An open bar for all those people? Crazy. Along the way, on the train station I ran into a girl I went to high school with (actually elementary, junior high, AND high school).. and who lived one block away from me. At the train station, she was also going to this party. All in all, there were about 4 people there that I knew from my high school! So the party's fun. But the silly thing was that it went from only 7-9.. now that doesn't quite work out, especially if you are going to have an open bar. Of course people are going to drink and get drunk.. and wasted! And obviously no one is going to leave at 9, the designated closing time... But we sure as hell got out of there at around 9:15... why you ask? BECAUSE SOME IDIOT SPRAYED PEPPER SPRAY INTO THE CROWD!!!!!!! I am still in shock over this one. Why why why why I kept wondering. It was so fucking ridiculous, that even now I wonder if that even could be. When I tell others the story, it is so unbelievable, that it's funny! Someone for some crazy ass reason felt the need to spray pepper spray in a crowded room.. why? Were they being raped? I don't know.. Did they feel unsafe with all those future doctors around? Apparently so.. so ridiculous!
